Juventus has successfully acquired Brazilian midfielder Douglas Luiz from Aston Villa for a fee of £42.35m (€50m). The 26-year-old has agreed to a five-year contract with the Serie A giants, marking the end of his tenure at Villa Park. Luiz, who has earned 15 caps for Brazil, netted 22 goals in 204 matches for Aston Villa, having joined the club from Manchester City in 2019.
