Chelsea defender Thiago Silva has confirmed that he has spoken to Paulo Dybala regarding a potential move to Stamford Bridge this summer. Silva believes that Dybala would be a “massive signing” for the West London outfit.

Silva, who was also at the Formula 1 race, revealed that he bumped into Dybala and encouraged him to make the move to Chelsea. Silva described Dybala as a world-class player and expressed his excitement about the potential signing.
Silva briefly mentioned the possibility of Christian Pulisic moving to AC Milan, saying that Pulisic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek would do well at the club. However, the focus remains on Dybala’s potential transfer to Chelsea. A Chelsea fan managed to take a picture with Dybala at Silverstone and asked him about joining the Blues, but Dybala did not give a response.

Jose Mourinho, Dybala’s current coach at Roma, responded to the speculation surrounding Dybala by stating that he doesn’t know anything about his contract but talks to Dybala like he does with all of his players.
While Chelsea have already made some signings this summer, including Nicolas Jackson and Christopher Nkunku, they were one of the lowest-scoring teams in the Premier League last season, averaging only one goal per game. Pochettino is keen to add more firepower to his squad and sees Dybala as a potential solution.
