Chelsea have shown their financial muscle since the arrival of Todd Boehky but surely even the Blues do not have resources enough to pull off such a transfer, based on those numbers. As it stands, possibly only the trio of Manchester City, Real Madrid and PSG can sign Osimhen.
However, Real Madrid have spent a sizable amount of their transfer budget on Jude Bellingham while City already have Erling Haaland, meaning there is no need for a player like Osimhen.
Taking all the above into account, PSG seem like the only side that can make a move but given their contract struggles with Kylian Mbappe at the moment, it would make sense that they would want to avoid another mammoth transfer in the same window.
