This, along with a run of five winless games, fueled speculation that Ten Hag’s tenure could be cut short. Adding to the speculation, members of the Glazer family, alongside co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe, were present at a board meeting in London during the international break, which many took as a sign of looming changes at the club.
Despite this, Ten Hag remains firmly in charge and expressed frustration with how the media has portrayed the situation.
